1. Identificar os fatores de risco psicossociais no ambiente de trabalho, como sobrecarga, metas abusivas, assédio, conflitos, isolamento e falhas de comunicação.
2. Ouvir os trabalhadores por entrevistas, questionários, canais de escuta, análise de afastamentos, rotatividade e queixas internas.
3. Registrar esses fatores no Inventário de Riscos Ocupacionais do PGR, descrevendo o perigo, quem está exposto e os possíveis agravos à saúde.
4. Avaliar a gravidade e a probabilidade do risco, para definir prioridade de ação.
